We want you to love your bag, but if it's not the right fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customized bags and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Bag
Place the unused items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop It Off
Hand off your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
